My fiancé and I used Units on our cross country move from Phoenix, AZ to Madison, WI earlier this year. What should have been a stressful week was made so much easier because of the expertise and care of the folks at Units. We were able to fit the Unit in our small apartment parking space with no problem and take our time loading it up. When we needed an extra few days before pick up, Units didn’t even flinch and told us to take as much time as we needed. Our Unit made it safely to Madison, WI before we even got there! The experience was effortless from start to finish. If you’re overwhelmed about a move in any capacity, Units will take such good care of you and all your belongings!

My husband and I used UNITS of Madison to temporarily store furniture and belongings while we did some home renovations. We kept the storage unit on our driveway and it was so convenient to have access to our items throughout the projects! The placement was perfect, still plenty of room to get in the garage and park in the driveway.

The pricing was great, and the staff was very responsive. Drop off and pickup were easy to schedule and very efficient. I would definitely use this service again!

I decided to go on an adventure last year. I'm retired. The real estate market was good and I was ready for a change. In preparation to put my Cambridge, WI condo on the market, I thought it best to clean it out first and store my household goods until I settled in a new location. Todd Purdy, at Units of Madison, has been working with me since June 2024 to handle this. He and his staff are so easy to deal with, pleasant, polite and timely. Everything I needed to know was explained clearly to me. Todd provided me with a fair price for my container to stay in his climate controlled warehouse there in Madison. Billing reoccurred automatically every month and I received an invoice immediately via email. It has been a very smooth situation. Just today, 3/21/2025, my unit was unpacked in Madison, WI and loaded onto a Units container headed for North Carolina where I now live. This state to state move was handled by Units as well but by a division handling out of state transportation. This too has been easy to schedule and was also the least expensive option I had found. Had I decided to relocate to another WI address, Todd would have had my container brought to the new WI address, without an additional charge! I highly recommend Units of Madison In Madison, WI if you have storage needs. It has been a very professional and reliable service.

I work for a restoration company and this was our first time using UNITS. So many good things to say!

First and foremost, Todd who owns the company is a very easygoing and professional guy.

We had to complete a contents pack-out job for a customer and it required an on-site storage unit. This job was located almost 50 minutes away. Todd was able to get us on the schedule just days later, and for very reasonable prices. Provided insurance paperwork, etc. All on a very short notice. So obviously, that’s awesome business.

But it gets better! Todd had his driver Brett deliver the UNIT, not only was he earlier than scheduled (which really helped us) but he was super accommodating, let us borrow a padlock as we forgot ours, and was able to get the storage unit placed exactly where we needed it with little to no effort.

All-in-all, working with these guys has been a wonderful experience.

I look forward to working with them again in the future.
