Imagine patronizing a place for over 6 years and because of a discrepancy in payment, you lose your customer. Tiffany was very professional. We contacted our credit card that is on file to figure out why the payments stopped drafting and was unsuccessful as the cards have not changed. No need to argue… if an additional charge is worth losing that amount x12 months, then by all means, let me take my business elsewhere.

Great location but watched & feel harassed. Will be finding another place bc of medical condition & time left to take care of things before unable to do so, the last thing needed is the additional unnecessary stress & petty harassment. Sad but true.

This place is GREAT!! First of all, Curt the Manager is Awesome! He gives excellent customer service and will tell you everything you could possibly need to know about Storage Unit rental. He even gave me some ideas that I didn’t think about.
I was looking online and calling to ask questions to other storage facilities in Madison and it seemed as if most people were very short and rude an didn’t have time to speak to me. So I continued my search and I saw numerous 5 star reviews for Arlington Park Storage Facility, so I decide to go by and talk to them. I am so glad I did and I am now a tenant.
I got a Great price, a Free Lock and to top it off, I got free use of a Moving Truck to move my heavy items. That alone saved me a lot of money.
This facility is so Clean, it has no bugs or critters anywhere, it has lots of room to get to your unit & be able to work at cleaning out your unit, it has 24 hr Gate Access and it feels so secure with all the cameras, fencing and Manager on site. I am so glad that I found this place and I really appreciate having such a Great Manager as Curt is.. Thanks so much for all of your help!!!
