I had a medical condition before I started working there. Had surgery that had been planned for a year before I started working there gave the managers and supervisors the paperwork. But they still gave me points and I pointed out they do not care about you managers and supervisors are trained not to care about your situation but managers in the supervisors can be out with the flu or doctor's appointments but you can't this is the worst place to work for!!!! I had a co-worker who was literally asleep in the aisle several times at night he was sent home given 3 days off and still had his job but of course he was the right color. If Alabama was an at a will employment State Carter Express would have been sued millions of times stay away from this company they do not care about you

I was the best forklift driver they had ,got employee of the month,came to work almost everyday and all, they fired me n gave me no explanation at all. Still to this day they will not give me another chance. They are very rude and when you say something back your the bad person. Never even got my side of the story just went off of what the people had to say about me. Everybody deserves a 2nd chance but they dont believe those though I done seen them bring people back who had gotten fired 3 times and still come back and they dont want to work.

They only care about men at MTM. You can miss for court or go to your PO/ Probation officer. If you are female or anyone with a problem like Dr appointment with an excuse forget it!!!
