I had a delivery scheduled today between 9am-1pm. I was told that I would receive a call 30 minutes prior to delivery. Just after 12pm I called to check on the status and was told to call back in half an hour as they had been trying to contact the driver without success. Two phone calls later they still had not been able to get in touch with the driver. At 1:30 I hear loud thumping in the stairwell and a couple of minutes later a knock at my door. The driver was standing there - NO MASK ON AND GLOVES OFF - with my VERY large package. it's a 110lb sideboard which was supposed to be a team carry item. Once we were able to get it inside we realized that the driver had strategically placed the box so that we couldn't see the EXTENSIVE damage which ultimately ruined the top of the sideboard as well as a couple of other pieces. It took weeks to get this piece and in our current situation getting a replacement could take several weeks. I am beyond frustrated and hope that SEKO works to change their policy with contract drivers.

This shipping outfit is extremely lacing in communication. I'm a consignee and I had called and spoken with an agent and was told a driver would contact me about delivery I wanted delivered on a certain day. Never received a call back. This screwed my logistics. Even FedEx is better than these yahoo's.

Worst logistic company ever. We’ve been waiting for a shipment for about three months, the tracking system from this company shows they’ve picked up my package, and that they’re trying to schedule for a delivery. We called the company to check when can it be delivered and then scheduled a date. However, the driver didn't show up. We called again, scheduled for another delivery. The driver still didn’t show up. We called this morning, a guy picked up the phone and said we never scheduled a delivery, that’s why the shipment hasn’t been delivered. I asked him if he’s got the package, he replied yes. I told him to hold on to the package, I’ll go pick it up myself. He said okay, and gave me their address. The very same day, I called again before leaving my house just making sure they have the shipment in hand so I don’t go for nothing. This very same person told me, no, they don’t have my package. He then went on and said, the shipper never released the package to them. I’m like, what? So why did you tell me you had it this morning? He denied he’s ever said that and kept telling me to go talk to the shipper. If SEKO never had my package, what were these all about? A big waste of my time. I’ll try to avoid this company!

Delivered my whirlpool tub on time in perfect shape. They called the day before to let me know the tub would be delivered the next day. The delivery man called the next day to tell me he was 30 minutes out. 25 minutes later he arrived, put the tub in my garage, waited while I unboxed it and inspected it.
They were perfect as far as I am concerned.

I took the day off for a scheduled 10-2 delivery. They didn’t show up or even call to say they were late. I called at 3:30 to find out if they were still coming. They said my house was the next delivery. 30 minutes later they called and said my package was not on the truck and have to reschedule my delivery.

Working with this shipping company was one of the most frustrating experiences of my life. After calling to schedule a delivery time between 9am and 1pm, 1pm came and went. Called and asked where the shipment was- apparently it didn't get put on the truck. Okay.. was told they would sent out a separate truck and it would arrive by 2:30. This deadline also passed. Called once again and was told that the truck had just left Kent for delivery (our town is 25 miles away). Two hours later, still no delivery. Called again, spoke with the driver. The driver continued to insist that we were his only delivery of the day, but there is no way even in bad traffic that it could take you three hours to drive 25 miles. Finally got the truck to the house and the furniture we ordered was broken. So obviously broken that I wonder why it even left the shipping warehouse in the first place. Called Seko in an attempt to schedule a pickup, since the delivery man flat out refused to take it back. Apparently it takes 4-6 weeks for them to pick up the furniture- that they delivered broken. FOUR TO SIX WEEKS? I could order it from Amazon, return it, and get a new one, all in under a week. Instead I spent my entire day off waiting around the house for a shipment that resulted in unusable furniture. No idea why they think this is appropriate customer service. Will never order from a company that uses this shipping company again.

If I could leave negative stars. I would. Here is my story:

Seko was contracted to deliver a Samsung Smart Hub Refrigerator from Joint Base Lewis McChord to my home. Originally the delivery was slated for 11/18 but was pushed to 11/23. On 11/23, I called Seko Logistics in Kent at 10am and was told it wasn't picked up yet but would be delivered today and would receive a call. I didn't hear anything by 4pm and called Seko again, I was told there were 2 more deliveries and I should receive delivery by 5:30 and that the driver would call me shortly. By 7pm I had not heard anything and once again called Seko. I was informed they were running late and that the driver should have called me, I told them they had not. I was told they would be definitely calling this time around. After about an hour and a half, I had not heard anything and spoke with someone who was on-call. He told me he would contact the driver but was unsure if my refrigerator was on the truck or not since he had been home since noon (on call person). I was once again told I would be called by the driver. No call. I had called into work and waited all day for this delivery for a no show. I didn't receive one single call back (as promised multiple times) all day.

The delivery day was just as bad. The driver did show up, two Russian gentleman who didn't speak much English. They weren't wearing masks and had no regard for social distancing. When they were removing my refrigerator, they nearly pulled the water hose out of the wall. They leaked a large amount of water from the kitchen all the way to the front door. After I had cleaned up the mess with a dirty towel, they picked up the towel and threw it on our antique couch. I also had to supply tools since they didn't have tools to remove the refrigerator doors to get it through the front door. To add this mess, one of the installers cut his hand and left blood all over the fridge. He didn't attempt to clean it or anything or even bring it to our attention. I had to find it after they had left. They didn't install any of the shelving and didn't remove any of the Styrofoam or wrap from the outside.

I have never experienced such a horrible experience with any delivery service period. From the very start to the very end I was not only met with unprofessionalism but zero compassion considering how I was being treated. The fridge also has 2 dents on the side. I tried asking about it but the drivers shrugged it off.

I know its long, but please read to the end. Dispatcher was extremely helpful and the driver went above and beyond expectations to assist with a very challenging delivery. I highly recommend Seko. Not sure why there are so many whiny complaints about the delivery window. Have you seen the traffic on the highways lately? How can anyone plan around that daily mess? If your delivery is late, pick up the phone and call dispatch. They bent over backwards to explain the delay and timed my stop to within 5 minutes. Things happen, there may have been a delay because the driver spent a few extra minutes making sure the stop before you was perfect or the driver may have been stuck in traffic. Well done guys!
