Absolutely terrible. Don’t use them. It’s the cheapest for a reason
Shipped something with them. Estimated delivery was 4/7. The item arrived at the final hub on 4/3. 4/11 it still hasn’t been delivered.
They just have stuff sit in their warehouse for absolutely no reason. When you ask them why is it sitting in your warehouse for 8 days some hillbilly tells you “that’s when it was loaded on a truck”
It takes you 8 days to load 1 pallet on a truck?

Delivery was smooth and Doug was great, but the scheduling was rough. They never called me to schedule the delivery. I had to call in and ask about it myself after it was sitting in the warehouse for days, so minus one star

Terrible customer service and they always have an excuse as to why they can’t make the delivery and try to reschedule over and over. I wish homedepot would stop using them. If I knew anything I ordered was being delivered from this company I would not order it.

I have a roll of artificial turf scheduled for delivery on Friday 6/25/21. On Friday, a male employee called me saying that they couldn't deliver today and had to reschedule to Monday 6/28 between 12-4PM.

Today (Monday 6/28), I waited all afternoon and nothing came. I called this company at 4:10PM and they said that they shipment didn't leave the warehouse because they had an incomplete address. I am really upset because of 2 reasons. One, if they can call me to reschedule the delivery, why couldn't they verify the delivery address at the same time? Two, on the delivery date, if they don't have the complete address, should they call me to verify or to inform me that the shipment is delayed?! No communication whatsoever. I have to follow up with them to get it rescheduled for this Friday July 2. 7 days delayed and horrible communication.

We needed to pick up flooring material twice from XGS directly due to extenuating circumstances. Through no fault of XGS, the process took awhile both times. XGS was not only helpful and friendly both times but went out of their way to get us our flooring as quickly a possible. They made a potentially frustrating experience less so and we left, with our flooring, feeling pretty calm and happy.

XGS is a warehouse and distribution mainly for flooring materials. It's in the industrial/commercial side of Kent, only a few minutes off the highway. The parking lit here is big since they have to accommodate trucks. Staff here are friendly but tough to find. They did get my delivery early and loaded me up fairly quickly.

I had a delivery here, my appointment was scheduled for Sunday morning, I drove almost all night to be in time for unloading, arrived on time but they refused to unload me, they say cant unload me today but on Monday,) I went to the truck stop to restart there, reschaduled an appointment for Tuesday 8 : 00am.
check in was 8:00am. now: 3:00pm. and still not empty.. I turned to supervisor and to try undarstand whats going on? He could not adequately explain why they did this .. I think that the supervisor's is poorly organized. If you wonna safe your time, I advise you to stay away from them.

We are a truck drivers and there should be a respect for each others. I got here at night time because i have an appointment early morning. The guy who who work here was outside. I asked him with respect” Sir do you know if i can park here” and he replied with bad attitude “ I don’t know, we are not fool here”. If you guys don’t like to deal with drivers then I don’t know why you guys ask us to deliver your products. I will never come here again and get your loads again.
