Avoid this broker at all costs. They double brokered an Echo Global load—originally set for BC—and shoddily rerouted it to their own Kent location without authorization. Their shady practices left us short paid, and Echo Global confirmed the change was never approved. This scam not only defrauds you but also shows a complete lack of professionalism. Do your research before trusting these crooks with your load.

Late for pick up 1,5 hour almost 2 hours. ( clients almost missed flight thanks this ) No excuse or info to why… no driver updates …you need to guess with everything until you get response.
Also see them posting freight guard is normal because they didn’t have it their way…this is not Burger King where you have it your way if not there way then hit the highway basically.

I called Andrey's after 5:00 on a Friday night. I needed a crate picked up and delivered to a local airport to be flown to Alaska to avoid a power plant shut-down. Without hesitation they dispatched the truck, got it to the airport, and the part was delivered to the plant at 07:00 Saturday morning. I recommend Andrey's for all your Expediting needs! Outstanding Service!

Booked a load with James in Baltimore, MD as a 33 ft load. My driver had the space to load this shipment but when we got on site the shipper told us this load is supposed to be dedicated. The broker James never relayed any info that this load was to be ran dedicated. Viktor, the account manager decided to put a false freight guard (carrier 411) on my company and will not answer any calls or emails to settle this false claim against my company. If I was notified that this load from Baltimore, MD to Belgrade, MT was supposed to be a dedicated load I would have never booked it. This business is unethical, unprofessional, and would never recommend for anyone to use. Stay away. Zero stars.

We delivered a load for this company only for the company to lie that they are factorable with RTS and that we have run a load with them before and later on after delivering they refused to pay us and even threatened to take us to court if we claimed our money ….The owner is a very rude racial and arrogant man I highly recommend you not to pick up loads with them because you are not guaranteed of getting paid

They keep NO records of their deliveries. Let that sink in for a second. What kind of delivery company doesn’t keep any records at all which driver was supposed to deliver a package at which time? If they don’t deliver your package, well that’s just too bad for you. The person I spoke to was extremely unprofessional and didn’t seem to want to bother helping out. If DHL hired them as a third party, it’s basically a dice roll what will happen to your package.
