Package was supposed to be delivered on november eighth and it's still not on site november fourteenth

Had an appointment scheduled today 12/23 at 1 pm. Shipper decided to close early and only give my company an hours notice. Dispatch asked me if i was able to make it and i said no. Shipper wouldn't wait for me. Had the load canceled and now I'm stuck at a truckstop over Christmas and missing my load home, while they shut down early i presume to be with friends and family. This place doesn't care at all about the people who move their freight.

Just picked up my 3rd load out of here. Not once have I ever had a prolem here. They have always been polite. The gal in office even noticed that I just had a birthday, and wished me a belated happy birthday. Doug was polite and had my load ready fast. So when I read the very negative review, I can't help but wonder where the problem really lies.
