Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Matt has zero understanding when it comes to a First Responders schedule and he could care less. Expects you to be available 24/7 and at the last minute, but he can’t do the same. His poor customer service and poor attitude made another company lose business.

You were the one that was rude and disrespectful via texts. I was trying to see if we could come to some sort of compromise and work something out. But after reading your response, I can see that you don’t care if you or anyone else loses business. I’m sure you sleep well at night. The next time to see a First Responder, thank them for being away from their family to protect yours.

What a great experience I had using Reliant for my transport needs. I bought a car for my daughter in Evansville, In and shipped it to Dallas. I shopped this around to every big broker firm. The big brokers where anywhere from $300 to $500 more than what Reliant shipped it for. Also a nightmare to communicate with. Reliant had great customer service, and responded quickly. I was kept in the loop the entire shipping process. Again, what a great experience shipping a vehicle for the first time.
