Jordan is very professional. He helped me through the process in scheduling my move. He kept his word in responding back to me on a reasonable quote. The best part was the two young men who respectfully moved my items. They did not waste time talking or playing on there phones and when they did speak they were very polite. They moved our entire apt in 2 hours and unloaded in 45 minutes. Not a scratch.....I didn't get their names but I hope Quick Trip Movers will share my post with them.

I am very impressed with this company, great communication from beginning to end. Very reasonable price and the guys who moved me were so calm and chill! Moving is always stressful, but their calmness and efficiency was contagious. It helped me to relax for a while! Highly recommend.

Quick Trip Movers has my complete endorsement. From initiating the move with Jordan to Kaine & John getting it done, the entire process was refreshingly nice! They were kind, professional, considerate and clearly experts at what they do. The move was executed with precision, attention to detail and quickly. Second time I have used this company in the last year. First time they were great and no issues. I used them 2 weeks back and they did not remove my deposit from the final bill. I questioned it with the 2 young guys at the time but the machine kept putting the full
Amount and not deducting what I had already paid. I know I should have argued it at the time but as you know moving is already a stressful time and time was against me that day. I have been emailing and contacting the company since then to request that my deposit is refunded as I have paid extra. Still no luck so now it’s with the credit card company. Company is very efficient with communication when reserving but not when there is an issue.

Jordan - I just wanted to thank you again for your service. I will definitely be holding onto your contact for future moves. Today was excellent with Kane and John. They handled that heavy leather sofa like it weighed nothing! I was concerned b/c of it's length, weight and stairs - but they were terrific. Now I’ve met Xavier & CJ last week moving our parent's dining room furniture (who were great too) and Kane and John today. You guys are outstanding in my book and will gladly recommend your service. I would be giving one star if it weren't for the very friendly people. After reading numerous reviews and meeting Jordan we thought we found a great moving company until the actual day of our move. We loved the crew, they were so kind, but they were ill prepared to say the least. Jordan did a walk through of our home months prior to our move. We packed all of our boxes ourself, which we let him know he should calculate moving those into the move just in case but we may move them ourselves. Jordan walked us through the process of how they lay down moving blankets, wrap the banister to protect everything, etc. We were feeling good and ended up moving the boxes ourselves, which meant far less for the movers to move. The day of the move the crew was walking through our home and kept asking us, EVERY room? You need us to move everything?! We kept saying yes to their concerned remarks and asked if everything would be OK and they said they might need a second truck, which we said was fine. The crew started packing everything up and we thought it was odd that there was no prep work that Jordan mentioned of protecting things with moving blankets and cushion. They seemed like they knew what they were doing so we let it go (silly mistake on our part). When the moving truck we 3/4 of the way full, I went over to the new house while my husband finished up at the old house to make sure everything was ready to go. Shortly after, they showed up and started unloading. Again, no precautions were taken to protect our new home and I sincerely regret not speaking up because to this day I just look at all the damage caused and get extremely frustrated. We have shiplap in our new home, which is dented and marked. Our walls are marked up and dented. Wood door have huge dents and chunks taken out of them. There is a giant black scrape on our new front door. There is a hole in our beautiful hard wood (assuming from the grill that was rolled through my LIVING ROOM with nothing protecting the hard wood). Our fridge was not padded and had mini dents all over it after we just got it a year ago. Our mattresses were not wrapped at all and were covered in dirt. Our white couch wasn't wrapped properly and was filthy with giant brown smudges all across it. The carpet was filthy. I try and enjoy my new home but have a hard time when I see all the damage, which shouldn't be the case with professional movers. When I went back to our house, I was horrified to find there was still SO much to move, TVs, whole bedrooms, the entire garage, all of our outdoor equipment. My husband and I had to be out the next day and spent SIXTEEN hours going back and forth with his truck and my car. Can you imagine if we hadn't of moved the boxes ourself the weekend prior? We wouldn't have been able to make it out in time. I've never been more exhausted in my entire life. They said we didn't need a second truck but clearly we did. Again, nicest people in the world, but nice doesn't fix all of this.

We contacted Quick Trip Movers after we had worked with another company that didn’t show up. So when we called we were a bit nervous from the experience from the day before, but we were assured that they could do the job.

Xavier Jones and Trey Hood both did an Exceptional job moving our medical equipment from Dallas to Duncanville. Both men were polite, professional, on time and courteous. And we were pleased that they took extra care in moving the equipment and set it up for our family member who was in need of the equipment.

We are very pleased with the service we had from Quick Trip Movers and plan to use them again for our future moves.

When they say "Quick Trip", they mean the crew will move at lightning speed. The guys took great care of our furniture during the move, and they were courteous and personable while doing so. We were out of the old place and into the new one in record time. Excellent company to do business with!
