The rental experience of which Lake Lewisville had no part of was HORRIBLE. Two blowouts on the tow dolly causing a 10 hour trip from Mobile to Dallas was 16 hours. The first roadside assistance I waited three hours for a tire that got me 100 miles until the next blowout. Experience was horrible. I’m not sure anyone will read this but if you do call my cell phone. Won’t be using U-Haul again. I had to give one star, but if none or negative were an option I’d rate less than one star.

Door was broken so you could feel the outside air. Not the safest thing in my opinion but they saw no issue. Also, I woke up the next morning to see that I was charged almost DOUBLE than what I originally paid for the U-Haul. I was charged for things that I specially declined and was charged DOUBLE for mileage. U-Haul exhibits poor ethical and business morals and sees no issue lying and stealing from customers. They got me a few years ago and I figured things had gotten better. When they in fact seem to have gotten worse. I don’t see a future for U-Haul at this rate. Their time IS coming. Just like spirit airlines. When you lose your value and put money above treating people decent and providing TRUE AND HONEST customer service, you ignite your own downfall. I WONT EVER get another moving truck from U-Haul. I’ll carry everything by hand and walk 1,000 miles before I EVER do business with this company again. Too bad Google doesn’t allow ZERO STARS! One star is wayyyyy too generous for this company.

I wish I could give a no star to this location, I came into this location to make a reservation for a truck on Thursday and I needed it for Friday, we had a Caucasian guy with glasses come to help us, but he was all over the place, over talking us, hitting the keyboard... finally he confirms he has made the reservation. I got there today to pick up my truck only for the lady there to tell me he made a reservation for a week later .. I have made plans to move today.

This is a huge inconvenience, Uhaul should put competent people up front, if he is a facility hand he should do that, not deal with customers.

Rented the U-Haul plastic boxes because I didn’t want to deal with all the cardboard boxes. Plus I love the option of renting using reusable boxes! Super easy process and great price. Shelia was super sweet and had great customer service. Definitely coming to this location for any of my moving needs (:

We came to fill a propane tank and they said the person who fills it is busy. They sent us to a different UHaul in a bad section of town who does not fill propane. . We came back and it literally took 20 minutes for someone to help us. They sent us outside to wait in the heat. We are very disappointed in their lack of customer service.

Pay for trailer. They them charge extra for the wire connector. What a scam. Buy your adapter before comeing. They wont unhook trailer so ur forced into buying it. Ridiculous

I stopped here to fill up the propane tank on my motorhome. Staff was professional and friendly. I was able to get my tank filled quickly and back on the road in no time.

They gave me a truck with broken air conditioner to drive in Texas heat. Cup holder was broken so you could not keep a cold drink in the cab either. Got pulled over in Blanco Texas for a license plate light not working.
