Stay away from this company. Ship directly through Crowley Logistics. After dealing with the rude Customer Service Team at PR Car Transport, I called Crowley and shared my poor experience I've had with this company they call a "partner". I suggest you all do the same. The team at Crowley is amazing they helped me figure out the rest of the process with one phone call.

They have the rudest customer service! Ever!!!! Omg! The girl that they have answering phones needs to be fired asap. I believe is the same one that everyone is complaining about but she declined to tell me her name and supposedly there is no supervisor I can speak to. They don’t know when the car will be picked up, they don’t know the time, they don’t know if they will cancel due to a storm, they don’t know status on the order. I wish I can cancel this scam right now but is to late. I can warn others to please stay out of this business!

I sent my Toyota FJ Cruiser from Puerto Rico to El Paso, TX, and it was damaged on the way, maybe on the ship or by the carrier. I submitted a claim for damage, and two months later, Mrs. Jenna Welsome from the claims department says they can not pay due to lack of evidence. I sent her the pictures more than twice, several emails and several calls which they did not want to answer.

I shipped my car to Puerto Rico hassle-free. They picked up the vehicle as indicated, kept in contact with me throughout the process, and provided clear instructions for car pickup. Their instructions should mention that the Hacienda Office, where you pay the taxes, is in the exact location of the car pickup. Overall excellent service.

Had a good experience, but it’s a long process getting my car out. The I had to fill out paper work.
Then wait for an email or a call. Come back pay the taxes. Then proceed to getting my car out.

I had a terrible experience with them from beginning to end. They never told me I had to pay $80 per person to get into the port to deliver the car. The port asked for a pin number which they never provided. They made me bring my car by 5/30 so it could ship 6/7. On 6/7 it was rescheduled to 6/20. When I inquired about an update, they referred me to the port. On 6/20 they said it would ship on the weekend but the tracker did not show it shipped. I flew to PR and waited for the car for one week and it never arrived. When I flew back of NY on 6/30 and I inquired about the car on 7/2, they told me the car was in PR, and that their tracker was not working. I now have to fly right back to PR tomorrow to pick the car up in San Juan. And this review won't allow me to give them zero stars, which is what they deserve.

I love the fact that PR Transport company has a good customer service and that they keep you on your toes to make sure you fill out and send the paperwork needed for them to process the car. I like the fact that the car shipping is fast , it took 14 days to arrive to PR. I'm very satisfy and I will recommend.
