A terrible experience with this transportation company. This is the worst transportation company I have ever encountered. They do not take responsibility for the damages they cause. I strongly do not recommend them to brokers or clients.

There is indeed proof of our transaction. My brother’s BMW was transported by your company, and during the process, the roof was damaged. We have clear photos documenting this damage. Additionally, I was directly involved in the support chat regarding this issue, yet your company has failed to resolve the problem in any way. Denying responsibility does not change the facts. I expect a proper resolution instead of attempts to dismiss legitimate claims.

My previous transporter was sending someone out 3 or 4 times to pick up my Vehicle and I would wait but no one would show up.
I called Mike and he had it picked up the next day and it was delivered the 1800 miles in 4 days. The transporter was also very good. Highly recommend Mike.

I had to transport the car from California to Florida. Michael offered good price and and insured me about outstanding quality of service that they provide. As a result, the car is damaged, the roof has been destroyed and nobody wants to be responsible for that. Don’t use this company !!!

The first driver cancelled without any notification. My cars arrived on time and in safe condition. Make sure you have the proper method of payment worked out. I was told at the last minute the driver only accepted Zelle and Cash. By the time I got Zelle app they only allowed me to transfer $1000. Which was $3000 short of what I needed to pay the driver at delivery. Make sure driver accepts Credit cards and have at least $5k transfer allowance on Zelle.
I will use the service again.

I called to have a jeep transported to North Carolina from South Carolina and was given a great quote the gentleman I worked with was named Tony he was great to work with and kept me notified every step of the way. I received excellent service and would recommend them to anyone and use them again
