0/4 for shipments arriving on time with this company. One employee confirmed shipment had arrived in Anchorage, collected payment, and said the shipment was on schedule for delivery. Item wasn’t delivered, so I drove to the warehouse. Evidently the package hasn’t even made it to Alaska, and it wasn’t possible to track the shipment (?) Not sure how that is even possible. Now the event this weekend will have no clothing for the children. So discouraging.
