I've driven past this location a few times and conveniently I had packages I needed to ship out. I'm all for supporting small businesses but this was not an experience I enjoyed. There was no wait but the owner/person at the front desk was super rude. That is no way to speak to a customer. I'd rather stand in line at the post office or UPS store than have to deal with him again.

I am grateful to have this business in the neighborhood. It's my go-to spot for shipping needs because it's predictable, efficient, and convenient. I rarely have to wait, and never more than 2 minutes (very different from my typical experience at USPS). The owner is quick to get my package where it needs to go, and makes it easy to choose the cost and speed of shipping that fits your needs. My packages have always arrived as expected. What more do you need?

Love Hong and have had a po box here years. There can be some communication issues at times and for international mailing as well as standard postal flat rate type things you are best to go through USPS because CCParcel Post offers UPS and FEDEX and they will always be more expensive. But for convenience and general care and safety of my packages when they get delivered I have appreciated and used CCparcel post for 10 plus years now. And when u know you want to go with UPS or just want to drop off a package for outgoing UPS they are great. No lines.

I've been coming here for years. The bad reviews make me mad, to be honest, because not only is the location of this place super convenient, but they get the job done, and they get it done efficiently.

I've dropped off numerous packages, stopped in to get tape or paper, and I've never had a problem. The man who owns the place isn't bubbly, sure, but he's never been rude.

I feel like the people who are leaving bad reviews are the same people who are nice but rarely kind, take up more space than they should in public, and never say hi back on the sidewalk.

Have been to this neighborhood joint several times but just saw the ratings today. Jesus I didn’t have any of these issues that the low ratings individuals describe. I have given him my packages, he very clearly shows me what my pricing options are, is very careful to be sure he has the right information entered in. The job I pay him for gets done. Did I try to make small talk? Of course. Did he care? Not really. If that ever upsets me, I’ll talk to my therapist about it, not leave a bad review here!
