Their records are handwritten and mistakes are made, I was overcharged and some of my mail was lost while I had an account here. Below is the *crazy* interaction I had when cancelling service with the male owner/operator.

I was told that I enrolled in autopay when I signed up for a mailbox 3 months ago, where I would be billed on a three month cycle automatically until I cancelled. I received a late notice and a late fee of $10 attached to my statement. I explained to the male owner/operator that I would pay the full bill but wished to cancel the mailbox at the end of the billing cycle. I paid for 2 months (bringing us to the close of the current monthly cycle), plus a $10 late fee that is not my fault, and marked up his records as my account ending at the end of the cycle. I took my packages to my car and he chased me outside and demanded my key back. I explained that I would come back in for a discussion and he kept demanding the key. I came back in and explained that my billing cycle ends on the 6th, and because I paid for the month of December that my account would close on 1/6 and that's when I would return the key. He kept yelling at me and arguing that I was wrong, so I asked to see the records of what I had paid since opening the account so we could review. He went into the office, turned around, opened the cash register and took out $10 loudly insisting "just take it back then, just take it." I explained to him (raising my voice a bit this time) that I was willing to pay for the service but he's overcharging. After some more yelling, he puts the $10 back in the register and tells me "I'm not going to argue" and to return the key on 1/6.

What a lovely locally owned shipping services place! I have stoped by twice now, once to pick up a single envelope and stamp and another time right before closing to get something notarized and both times they were very helpful and sweet.

Owner is very very rude and has a tiny small brain and lies to your face like not my signature, not my address, no package here when fedex delivery proof showed their signature, address and shop picture.

Nice, locally-owned business (March 2022). Great, friendly service. Not sure why others are reporting differently. I both observed customers ahead of me having a pleasant interaction, and directly experienced prompt and efficient service for what I needed done.

Well laid-out store with the various box sizes conveniently mounted on the wall with dimensions and prices so you can visualize what you need to buy if you are shipping things. Will definitely be back.
