We shipped a laptop through Pack Ship & Mailboxes and the packaging was not securely wrapped after paying extra for packing material to secure the laptop. Thankfully the laptop was not damaged upon arrival. We recently shipped something to Germany and the agent provided the wrong form to ship Internationally. They told us to proceed to fill out a Residential form after questioning it. Once Pack Ship & Mailboxes realized it was the incorrect form that the agent provided, they took it upon themselves to fill out the "correct" form for International shipments. What they failed to fill out was the customs portion of the form such as tariff codes, etc. Had the correct form been provided upon shipment, we could have assisted with the tariff codes, etc. Especially after asking the question, "Is this the correct form?" The package is stuck in customs for who knows how long and Pack Ship & Mailboxes will NOT take ownership of the package. They claim it was not their fault because they copied the form that was provided to them. Remember... The form that was provided initially to Pack Ship & Mailboxes was a Residential form provided by the agent of Pack Ship & Mailboxes in the first place. So yes, the form will be incorrect because they provided the incorrect form to begin with. I know... small town shipping companies don't give a damn but when you advertise you can provide certain shipment needs, you better own up to the responsibility. Thanks Pack Ship & Mailboxes! This is a small review for you. Keep doing what you're doing. Lack of accountability. It is a shame considering we need to protect local businesses and small businesses. Defend this post all you want but having accountability for your actions speaks volumes. It is a shame how you react to your customers.

Absolutely the best service!! I came in just before the deadline, the staff was very busy, but they took care of me right away so my package was able to go out tonight.

Friendly staff, always very helpful, and never any shipping issues. What more could you ask for? So happy that Pack and Ship is in our town!

This is a great place to rent a mailbox. The people here are great. I am an over the road truck driver & they hold my mail for 3 months at a time and even call me about my packages.

I wish I wasn't lied to. I was told my package would arrive BY SATURDAY 12/23. Its nowhere near arriving and the day is over... Going online it says 5 business days which means AFTER CHRISTMAS... So disappointed. Please tell people the truth. So we can decide to go elsewhere.

Everytime I come in they go above board to help me. Being a senior without a printer is a pain so everytime I need a copy I go here they’re always helpful and nice and reasonable prices!
