From the initial set-up, Ed was awesome with the customer service provided to my mom. From his knowledge, I never doubted the care my mother would have by using the services.

Most recently the device seemed to malfunction and my mom was afraid to call Ed. I told her that he lives by his word in always ensuring that the device functions properly.

He went to my mom's house and figured out what the problem was and we got everything back up and running. He stood by his word and we are grateful.
