I am very satisfied with the service I received here, I couldn't have had a better experience. Ms. Kim, the manager tries to do everything within her power to make the customer happy, not to mention she always has a smile to lend if you need one! Oh yea, one other thing I like about this place; she never let me forget to pay my rent. With all the day to day complications it was nice to know somebody was looking out for you and not just trying to take my money. Thank you again Ms. Kim if you get a chance to see this!

This is my second time using this storage facility, it was a great experience for me. I loved the security and safety that I received in using this facility. I came back because of it and the prices are affordable......
I also love and appreciated the excellent customer service that was shown by Ms. Kim, she is a friendly and caring person, she actually walks you through the available units to ensure that particular unit will accommodate your needs......

I set up a reservation online to move in a unit at Tellus, from another storage company that I could never get into when I needed, I didn't make the date I specified on the reservation, so I was very pleased when the manager Ms. Key called me this morning to remind me. I just left the office completing my paperwork, and I think I am going to be happy with our decision to move our storage to here. Ms. Key was very informative about the insurance, and due dates. Was a big change from what we have been dealing with elsewhere. Thank you Ms.Key!!

I was arranging a move from out of state (Washington) and Kim was so helpful and made the process way easier than I thought it would be. Due to personal reasons, I had to cancel my move BUT if there is ever a future need for storage space in Jackson, this is where I will be going. Consistently friendly service, great rates (you'll get a bigger space for the same price as what other places charge for a smaller space) and most of all, you know you'll be in good hands, I promise. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

I was going through something when I made my reservations at this particular location and they called me and assured me that my reservations was safe and even until the next day and to call them and let them know if they could help me and these they have done a wonderful job Key Green she is a wonderful person good to talk to.
