Got a Nordic hot tub from Haven. They have been so good to work with. I planned a custom backyard renovation and they sent me technical info on the hot tub so I could place it exactly where I wanted it and get the electrical positioned precisely in the new concrete. They also gave me a referral for a concrete contractor who turned out excellent. Hot tub was installed today, looks fantastic and fits my backyard design perfectly. My electrician comes out next and I can’t wait to get it filled and fired up.

Haven are real pros and I would heartily recommend them.

My wife and I recently purchased a hot tub at Haven Spa Pool & Hearth and have been satisfied from start to end of this process.
Kirk assisted us in finding a hot tub fitting our budget and space needs without pushing higher priced tubs. He was communicative over email and has been extremely helpful through the whole process.
Our hot tub was delivered on time and arrived safely. The location of the tub required the team to be careful and manage some tight corners but the tub was moved and placed with extreme care.
We were able to bring a water sample in to get tested and received excellent guidance on specific care based on the PH of our home water.
I would highly recommend anyone looking for a hot tub in the PNW to put Haven on their list of places to check out- great service, great people and a commitment to keeping your water safe and hot tub working for the long run!

Our swim spa was not heating up and Shawn came out to take a look at it. He was able to fix it in a short timeframe and kept the bill reasonable. March 2025 - We had another dire situation with our Pool motor not working properly. We didn't realize that we didn't have proper flow from our pump motor and finally we had no flow at all this month in March...turned off the system after several days to backwash our filter and I couldn't get flow back at all when turning it back on. We had two issues that our amazing service tech Shawn had found. A bad starter capacitor and hairline cracking in our suction piping. Shawn came out unscheduled early after my call and his fix with the piping replacement seems to have done the trick! The pot continues to run without water slushing, but clear with no air bubbles. The Motor and water flow have not run this well since we've moved into the home. I now have complete confidence turning on and off the system that it will run as normal. Thank you for the continued troubleshooting and getting us all fixed up! This will make water flow to the new slide work just as good without issue. Thank you so much Haven!!!

October 2024 - Haven has been my go to company for all things relating to our Spa and In-Ground pool. I'm part of Swimply and have a reservation for a pool rental for a child's birthday party tomorrow. Over last couple of days I've been cleaning up the pool are, setting our extra chairs, blowing up floats and doing some staging outdoors. This morning was the last step I needed to do, vacuum the pool sue to a small amount of debris. Normal operation of the pool, not changing any process I normally do, when I connected the vacuum up, something had happened to stop the suction from the motor so I began doing some troubleshooting. Disconnecting the pool hose vacuum, restarting the motor a couple times, still no suction. Reservation is still on for tomorrow...freak out mode set in! I called over to Haven for am emergency service call bit the schedule was quite a ways out...more freak out mode, I was panicking. The gentleman on the phone from Haven in Vancouver calmed me down and took the time to walk me through some additional troubleshooting tricks. He stayed on the line with me while I performed his instructions. Long story short, I had air in the line and needed to remove it manually. He was a lifesaver! Not only did he help me get it back up and running, but I was able to get it vacuumed out and now we're all ready for our guests tomorrow to have their birthday party. Thank you Haven!! Top notch, best in class service!!
