Purchased the hot tub from Arctic Spas in 2019. Have enjoyed it immensely until a leak developed in 2025. Technician arrived promptly and within 20 minutes diagnosed two bad gaskets and loose fittings. Had the hot tub filled and heating within an hour. Arctic Spa is the place to go if you’re searching for a hot tub! I had a little knowledge about spas and had been researching for a while. My first visit (and only visit) was Arctic Spa - there was no reason to go anywhere else. I met Brendan, at the Vancouver location, and it was the best decision I could’ve asked for. He took an abundance of time to answer all my questions, he was responsive, and knowledgeable - even came to my house to personally look to make sure the spa location had the structural support needed. He even provided me a few contacts for electrical work. I ended up with a Summit model and all I can say is ‘wow’! Jets are amazing! Low maintenance and super efficient - I couldn’t be happier. After 10 days, Andrew came over for a “Spa School” lesson, answered all my questions, attentive, and very friendly. The Spa Boy app is very useful to keep me informed about salt, chlorine, PH, temperature levels. I just can’t say enough - you just have to experience it yourself! In July of 2022, our family purchased a home in Vancouver that had a Hudson spa originally installed in 2015. Visited Arctic Spa - Vancouver when a problem developed with the control panel.

Jen Chipman, the proprietor walked me through troubleshooting tips to try prior to replacing control panel. Fortunately, her expert tips paid off and a new control panel was not necessary.

What I learned from the above superior customer service experience is that Jen and her team are more concerned with their client’s complete satisfaction rather than making a rapid sale.

Whether you need testing swabs, new filters or a new top of the line swim/spa, I can’t imagine a better, more professional team to deal with than the Arctic Spa-Vancouver team. Try them, just like me you WILL be impressed !!
