Unsure what it's like if one actually has a storage unit with them, but they don't seem to want business from out of state customers. When I submitted a reservation request for one of their units, I received an automated email that read, "Our Property Manager will contact you shortly to confirm your reservation details and address any questions you may have." I checked my call history; they never attempted to call or email me, and no messages were left. When I tried to rent the storage unit online, the site timed out on submitting the information. I'll be going with another storage unit company.

The staff here are the best! 😊😊 The guy name Bryce was very helpful and understanding. He also was very kind and respectful. His customer service is top tier🤌🤌🤌 He helped me and my brothers get a storage to with no hassle or up sale prices. He was honest, he also gave me and my brother’s promos discounts for the storage unit we got and saved us a lot of money. I want to thank you Bryce (sorry if I misspelled your name) you are awesome man👍👍 I highly would recommend friends and family to your business for sure.

We had a difficult situation that required us to use a storage unit for well over a year. Shawna was very helpful and understanding! Everybody we talked to was very helpful but Shawna was amazing! The units were clean and easily accessible and they worked with us when we had issues that needed to be dealt with. Highly recommend this storage facility!

Good experience in every way. Came in for a storage unit and was informed by the manager of a special promotion on a comparable unit. It was quick and easy to view and ensure it would be a good fit. Paperwork went smoothly and all my questions were answered. Location is nice with secure access and good availability.

Best storage experience I have ever had. And I've been renting storage units for decades. Shawna is simply a pleasure to work with. Thorough, efficient, great follow up, and most important - thoughtful and friendly. The storage unit is very clean and secure. Do yourself a favor and just use Additional Self Storage. Take the stress out of something that should be easy, which sometimes it's not with other vendors.

Shawna made it very simple and easy to rent not only a storage unit but the U-haul van on short notice during our transition from one house to another. She was helpful and reminded us of different items we might need for packing. The storage unit was very clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend.

To say I am pleased with my time at the Minnehaha self storage location just doesn't do it justice. The folks who run this place (Josh and Jane) are absolutely outstanding. They really just go above and beyond to make everything as perfect as possible. They regularly maintain the property so that it's always in tip top condition, and clean. A warm and welcoming atmosphere greats you every time you step foot on the property. I spent 4 years renting a unit from them and never once had any issues in the slightest. I will ALWAYS highly recommend them to anyone needing a storage unit. Whether you need a unit thats big, small, or any size in between, they'll have you covered here.
