I’d give no stars if I could right now because their management has been corrupt and they lack accountability process big time. Watch out for losing access to the gate for no apparent reason and with no notification. Be very careful of their unethical practices. We’ve been trying to make a payment for the past 4 days in a row day and night. Their website has been down, we’ve called them on Friday to be told to try their pay via phone (not secure) or come in person to pay. Well, phone option didn’t even work with 2 different payment cards. Their office isn’t even open for the full normal business hours. Only 12-3pm and they’re closed on weekends and Mondays! Once your payment is considered late even through no fault of your own, they have zero shame to get their hands on your additional $20 late fee, let alone consider refunding you the late fee for the inconveniences they cause to clients. Their upper management has a pattern of coming back with excuses on refund. This company causes all kinds of major inconveniences and stress which can be a nightmare. Their whole payment system has been down for who knows how long this month, and they couldn’t be bothered to get it back up, care to notify clients about this issue and on top have the audacity to remove your access to the gate. They really are the “gatekeepers”! Their office hours are least accessible, inconvenient and losing access has yet been unacceptably a poor experience. Closing out/emptying your storage is not an easy process or a luxury most people have but I’ll be very glad once we do get to close our accounts with them one day.

I know that most people have a hard time when there faced with having to put there belonging else-where other than a home. If you want a great storage experience, come to this location. Good pricing excellent customer service and great security. Beth is and amazing staff member, let her help your transition go smoothly.

This facility is the worst one I have to deal with!! The facility is very bad and it is very small you will have a hard time moving around in this facility. I won a storage unit via auction and was not even able to get ahold of any at this facility for two days to find out they gave the owner back the unit and never contacted me about it. There was some younger guy at the front desk that had to call his manager 2 times the managers name was Marcus k 😳 and it took them 1 hour to find out they messed up in the computer and let the unit go to auction.😳 be careful if you are renting your unit from this place it might go to auction because they don't know what is going on. We'll it was about 3 hrs of time and a fake auction and I still don't know how they can screw up so bad. Don't do business with Iran gate or at least this facility and if you ever have to go to court because of this facility I will have your back and tell them they don't have there stuff together!!!!

Do not even attempt to rent a Penske truck here! Staff is untrained, unhelpful, and disrespectful of your time. If you want to risk it, come already knowing how to do anything involved yourself as they will be unable to answer any questions and be prepared to spend over an hour there.
