I took my labradoodle Emma here for the first time to get groomed and after reading some other reviews I decided Lauren would be the perfect choice. She was super friendly and did an amazing job grooming Emma and we couldn't be happier! I definitely will be using and recommending their services in the future. It was my first time there and probably my last. I was greeted when I entered. They have a large selection but not a lot of each individual selection. For example, Weruva has a huge selection of flavors and styles of wet cat food, and they had maybe five varieties to choose from. Once you pick your variety, there were only two cans to buy. It seemed like that for many of the brands. The floors and ceiling were dirty, the glass on the fish tanks was dirty, and a lot of the decor in the tanks were coated in muck..... everything needed a good cleaning. The bathroom floor was gross. It was very dirty with what looked like pet hair blowing around. The toilet bowl was dirty. And they advertise discount prices but they were the same as Petsmart where I shop frequently, at least the things I looked at. My advice: don't bother unless you're in dire need and there's nowhere else to go.

Lauren is a very patient and friendly groomer! She knows how to work well with my noise maker of a dog 🙃. I recommend her! I like all the groomers there and they are very friendly and accommodating. They let me know when he will be done. Keep up the good work ladies!!!

Good pet store. Plenty of selections for dogs, cats and certain exotic pets. Good selection for treats and food as well as cages and terrariums. They welcome your pets in here too. Overall a decent place for all your pet needs. Just keep in mind you need their rewards account to redeem any of the deals and sales at Pet Supplies Plus.

Everyone is always really nice and helpful, they treat you like a family member and have great stock. i can say ick has been a problem but im able to manage it and they have a refund process where you can return anything that has passed up to 14 days so that helps a lot. A lot of great deals for fish and products for anything.

Staff was rude. Everyone was complaining about the rude staff today. A guy named Rubik (guessing since his long black hair was over his name tag) came up asking the 2 of us in line what we needed and how much. This was after we went up front to ask for assistance and no one up front would help and the large tall man said to wait for the lady to be free. She was catching fish for 20 minutes.
The other guy was before me. We waited a long time to get service. I said I needed baby crickets and looked at the other guy to answer. Rubik threw his arms out and with some side to side head action he said in a rude tone HOW MANY?!? Then turned away with an eye roll movement. Even another stranger standing by the birds asked what his issue was. There were 6 people in total in the time I was there complaining about the staff rudeness.

My Scooby (German Shepherd dog) was totally relaxed with his groomer and that speaks volumes to me. Very happy dog and an extremely happy dog mom! Will definitely book with them again. The staff was friendly and helpful!

Great selection and a very clean store. Employees are friendly and helpful. Dislike the requirement to give up personal information in order to get the sale price. Bad business practice, forcing a person to get a card to enjoy posted sale price.
