I always enjoy doing business at Staples but this week's visit was extraordinary. Justin, the store associate, was wonderful in helping me find my product register my warranty and see that all my promotional coupons were utilized.

Definitely wouldn’t try to return anything at this store via UPs; They were the most unhelpful bunch of people I’ve ever dealt with in my life. Sad people can’t even scan a QR code correctly.
