I need a ZERO star option! Issues began when trying to schedule an appointment. They automatically change my approved/scheduled appointment date and time behind my back and don't notify me. That should have been the red flag to get my hitch installed somewhere else. I decided to trust this location to install my hitch and that was my mistake I suppose. Never will I do any service at UHaul again after this experience. My 9 month old battery that I had no issues with is all of sudden shot after they touch my new vehicle. They claim they had to jump my car to work on it but I was never notified of this issue? Complete incompetence all the way around. Very dissatisfied!! Guess I'll go buy me a new battery UHaul should be paying for.

Staff at facility could not be better. Shawn was great. Not given five stars due to difficulty in reaching someone in local location by phone and VERY POOR service / experience with call center. Recommend this location for hitch installation, truck / trailer rental, storage, etc. Also could have more comfortable chairs if waiting there while service is completed.

The manager and her family are wonderful people. I had a problem with a truck that was rented in Cheat Lake and didn't know until I arrived at this location to pick up my car hauler. The manager and her staff went above and beyond to accommodate me and keep me on schedule to get my car delivered. They provide me we the best customer service anyone could ask for. So if you're thinking of using this location for any uhaul services you may need. Don't give it a second thought stop in and let them help you out, I guarantee you won't be disappointed!!!

was done when they said would be done. --- only thing was when dropped off the car I had to find someone to get me back to work. I had asked if they could give me a ride back to work which was only 2 -3 miles and they said they couldn't. would have been nice to be able to have a ride. They also had forgotten to give me the accessories - ball, pin, etc that paid for., had to go back in to have them find them.

it appears to be done proffesionaly, except insataller had no knowledge on how to hook up hard wiring electrical harness to plug in trailer lights ,only how to splice in soft wiring which could affect my warrenty on my new chrysler pacifica ,have to go somewhere else to have this done ,unfortunley?
