Sometimes the mood inside the store is a little low, but the service is always fast and the cookies are always delicious. I hope the workers are paid fairly because they are excellent.

So I had heard all the reviews and hype from friends and media. Had no idea there was one in this area but once I saw it I had to stop. Middle of afternoon and I walked in. There is a digital menu board and they are offering 6 flavors of the day. You can order kiosk or from the register. Young lady helping me was fantastic. I ordered the cinnamon square and on her recommendation the red velvet. The cinnamon came in a little tray. It was more of the consistency of a cupcake or cake. It was not bad but it was not good either. The icing was average. The red velvet was better. I like it on. My partner in crime concurred and she had them both. The store is ultra cool, the young ladies handling my order were fantastic, the order board where they put your name is cool and you can see where you are in the queue, the packaging is well done. By the time I left the place was packed. So obviously their business is good. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing. I would give them another chance due to service but the cookies are expensive so in my mind they need to be really good. These are big, thick cookies but are pricey. I think there is a discount for an order of 4.

They are out of the mini snickerdoodle, so I asked if they could replace it with a big one. They can’t. Fine. I ask to pay the difference for the big one because it’s not my fault they are out. They say no, I ask for a manager but they say they don’t have one there. Pretty irritated that they are out of it yet I have to pay ANOTHER 4.99 just so my kid can have his cookie that he picked out. Do better Crumbl. Update - spoke to the manger and was told they would replace the cookies and I did not need to call ahead and they would let the shift leads know. Came up here to get them replaced and was told I am lying. Jessica is the rudest shift lead ever and does not deserve to work with customer service.

The manger handling the cookies kept touching her ears/ear earings then answered the phone and after did not change her gloves and when back to handling the cookies. I hope I don't get sick and will not be coming back to this location.

I use to go drive all the way to Morgantown just to go to Crumble Cookle....the day you open up here was the best day of my life!!!!!

Their cookies are the best. I usually stop and get one when I'm in the area. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The peanut butter and jelly cookie is my favorite but I honestly haven't bought a cookie that I didn't like...

They are good but not to be negative since they just opened. Cookies were not done enough or too big to get done..I have had other cookies from another Crumbl they weren't as raw tasting.
