Hired movers to help me unpack a truck after moving myself across the country. Workers were great with everything minus one vintage furniture piece I explicitly mentionedto be careful with and dropped it while going down the ramp off the truck and damaged it.

The following week when I inquired about an insurance claim with the company. They were very responsive to what my options were and seemed to want to help right a wrong. But when the time came to pay up for the damages they ghosted me. It's been almost a month and I still haven't gotten a response from them. Prospective movers beware

The guys from Tetris were on time and worked super fast! I've never had movers work so fast. They didn't take any breaks and got my 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment packed up in about 4 hours. It took them less than an hour to unload it all in my storage unit. And just like the name suggests, they stacked everything perfectly like Tetris blocks. I was afraid it wouldn't all fit in my 10x15 unit but it did! Very professional, friendly, and efficient movers. Would recommend to others and I will definitely be using them again in the future!

This is to add pictures to my previous review. Inappropriately packaged glass got broken. Company took no responsibility and did the move without making sure the contract was signed. I never remember getting their email, but apparently there were some options for insurance. This probably never would have happened if the glass had been properly protected. The glass was very heavy and held together with tape.

I chose Tetris for my move yesterday, mostly for the good reviews, but partly for their business name. They certainly lived up to it yesterday! I was nervous my stuff was not going to fit into the storage unit I had reserved, but they got it all in with a little space to spare. They proved to not only be skilled and careful, but all three movers were kind and friendly throughout the whole process. I would definitely hire them again.

Tetris helps out our water damage company with pack-outs and pack-backs. They show up same day, provide their estimates and gets the jobs done without any issue. I have worked with contents companies in the past and Tetris is the most reliable and honest company I have worked with. Ed and Mike (the owners) and their workers are top notch and are very knowledgeable when it comes to insurance work and the overall process for pack-in, storage, and pack-backs.

The best moving experience ever! I am so happy that my husband and I decided to go with Tetris. Mike was amazing to work with, great communication and lightning fast. We moved a one bedroom apartment and a storage shed from Washington to Southwest Florida. Everything was seamless. The movers were on time, we received our items on time, our stuff handled with care. I needed to move a large over 200 pound very delicate custom massage table. I had a moving company back out and cancel on me the day before my move date. Tetris movers were not only able to get me in, however they were able to get me in on time. They respected my building, wearing masks and keeping their tones low. They were professional, on time, fast, efficient and above all respectful.

These guys went above and beyond the call of duty and I would call them again and again.

Highly recommended. The moving experience was great with Michael and Edward. They worked carefully, fast, and very polite.
They carefully covered our furniture after move them into the truck to protect our stuff. We all know that this is a job which makes more money if they work longer, but they worked so fast, there was no delay on our schedule, finally the actual moving time was even shorter then the estimated one. They asked our opinion where to put everything at the destination, and helped assembled everything back in shape. Their truck is clean and their tools are organized very well.
We feel they are professional from start to the end. Thanks for helping us moving. We will choose Tetris moving again for our future moving.
