I recently moved from Phoenix to the Seattle area and I needed about 13 large Totes forwarded from Phoenix to Washington. I contacted Several moving companies and I was either given a high quote or I was told my shipment was too small for them to ship. I was referred to Ship Smart Inc. I was given a reasonable quote,, all my questions were answered quickly, so I hired them. I was very happy with the outcome of my move, my items were received on time, as promised, my quote had no hidden fees and my items were undamaged and in great condition, everyone I was in contact with during this move was polite and friendly, they all provided quality service. I would highly recommend Ship Smart for this type of move.

Awesome shipping company for small furniture items that just aren’t large enough to qualify for the large van lines. Fantastic pricing. I shipped two antique pieces of furniture from Seattle WA to Grand Rapids MI. Shipping was timely. Crews on both ends were very professional and efficient. After my father passed away, I needed to transport several large but fragile pieces of antique furniture from Washington State to Illinois. Bekins Moving Vans referred me to Ship Smart Inc as the best solution to my shipping needs, and were they ever right! I got a great quote over the phone, had documents emailed to me right away, and had the whole process in motion in a matter of hours. The people who showed up to pick the furniture up were extremely professional and careful with how they handled the pieces; I was apprised of the status of the shipment all along its route, and given a selection of delivery times/dates. Everything arrived in perfect condition, delivered into my garage on neatly wrapped pallets. I encountered friendly, helpful professionals from start to finish. Can't recommend them enough!

I had an old barber chair in storage in Spokane, Washington and after talking to several other companies, I decided to have Ship Smart package and ship the barber chair to me here in Laughlin, Nevada. They were the least expensive on rates, and highest in customer service, as my chair arrived in perfect condition as promised and on time. I honestly don't believe I could have gotten any better service from any other company. Do NOT use this moving company. They are unprofessional from their communication to their estimates. I am absolutely outraged I trusted this moving company. I had my stuff picked up on Dec. 15th and did not hear a peep from this company until Jan. 6th. In the beginning they estimated my move at $1200 and about a month later they not only doubled my move, they increased it more than doubling it! Totaling it to $3000 for a bed frame, mattress, small couch and table from WA to CA. To estimate something THAT far off is absolutely ridiculous! And I honestly feel disrespected as a customer. They clearly they do not know how to estimate and do their jobs accurately.

A very shady company! I should have never contacted this company. This company can NOT be trusted. I highly do NOT recommend this moving company.

I had a myriad of fragile items shipped that included antique glass cake plates, rocking chairs and pieces of art. All items were intact on delivery. I could not have been more pleased. Service man who delivered items was pleasant and timely. Quote was right on with no hidden charges. All in all a very good experience.

it took 13 days to get a quote back. the person taking the quote expressed a flippant attitude after i provided my ethnic name. i sent inventory and pictures. they quoted over 4k for a studio apt move. twice the most expensive competitor price. beware.
