I have no reason to give this company anything other than five stars. The delivery people were very courteous and easy to work with. They delivered a very large cardio machine for me. Furthermore, the communication and explanation from the office was great as well. I'm not sure why so many people had these terrible experiences, but I'm happy mine was great!

This company is ABSOLUTELY the WORST!!! Delivered a refrigerator outside my house without any signature or anyone home. My son and I had to carry it in by ourselves. I tweaked my back.
They claimed the order was wrong and came and TOOK the refrigerator without my consent.
I said to reschedule and they came to my house anyway and forced their way in since my mother was home.
I called extremely upset they went into my house without MY CONSENT.
I called and spoke to the owner and he was extremely rude. I never write reviews but if you can somehow not use this company, I would definitely recommend going elsewhere. They are very unprofessional, poor communication and furthermore poor customer service!

Update: Since the nightmare delivery, Rocket has been at our home two more times. Once to pick up the mattress and then to deliver another. To be fair, the two subsequent visits went more smoothly. The arrangements were impersonal and inconvenient, and the delivery teams still did not do anything to protect our floors, but they were polite and did an efficient delivery, so to be fair, I raised my rating from one star to two. My original post follows:
This was a HORRIBLE delivery experience.
What Rocket got right: When I was able to get through on the phone (no easy feat!) Emma was polite. The team delivered the correct product and set it up skillfully.
THE COMMUNICATION:
1. It is nearly impossible to reach Rocket on the phone.
2. They don't return phone calls.
3. They texted Friday night for a Monday morning delivery without other communication. A text reply from us indicating we were not available did not receive a reply.
4. The following week, I called and left messages asking for a callback. No reply.
5. After dozens of attempts to reach them, I was stunned when Emma answered the phone. I told her we would be available for a delivery on the coming Friday or the following Monday.
6. Got a text saying they were delivering on Thursday!!! Replied this would not work. No reply.
7. The next text arrived Sunday evening with a Monday delivery window. Finally!
8. Sunday night, we received an email to confirm delivery from [email protected]. It stated, "Our driver will call you at least 15 minutes prior to arrival. TO BEST STREAMLINE DELIVERIES AND PICKUPS THEY MUST BE CONFIRMED BEFORE 6PM THE DAY PRIOR TO THE PROJECTED DATE."
How do you confirm by 6 pm on Sunday when the email comes at midnight?
9. The driver DID NOT CALL as stated in the email. We received another "no-reply" email that the driver would arrive in 16 minutes. We're not on email 24/7, so we didn't see the message until the next day.
THE DELIVERY:
1. The driver arrived and rang the doorbell. When he saw movement inside, he turned and walked away.
2. When he returned with a box on a hand truck, he left it on the driveway, and without a word, turned and walked away. He and another man came back with another box and they proceeded to unpack the boxes. Still no communication.
3. Boxes unpacked they entered our home, dripping wet, wet shoes, wet raincoats, and carried out bedframes upstairs trailing water every step of the way. They continued, in and out, doing nothing to protect our home--and all without speaking to us.
4. They were slow to remove our old mattress until we insisted. It shouldn't have been a battle.
5. As they were leaving, we were trying to wipe up all the water on the floor. The amount of water in the entry alone fully saturated a bath towel! One delivery person said, "Sorry for the water." which was something, I guess. But these were the only words spoken to me throughout the delivery.
Saatva sold us on "white glove" delivery service. This was anything but white glove. It was a delivery--but the "service" was so poor it can hardly be referred to as such.

This company is the worst. They emailed me Monday night they wanted to deliver my mattress on Tuesday. I called and emailed and said that didn’t work but Wednesday would. No response. I called Wednesday to schedule. No response. Thursday night they emailed me they were coming Friday. I didn’t see the email until Friday. Their policy says they won’t deliver without confirmation. Still I called and said Friday would only work after 1:00 pm. They showed up before 1:00 and we couldn’t let them in. So I called them and left a message to deliver it Monday and emailed as well. No response. So this is a minimum of four calls. Their message says they’ll call back. They never do. On Sunday, I did not get the confirmation email, so Monday morning I left them a message. No call back. I called the mattress company who said I was definitely on the schedule. They never showed. I called them again. No call back. I called the mattress company and they said we were not on the schedule. The mattress company was Saatva by the way. Between the incompetence of both companies, I now gave away my old mattress and have no where to sleep. Both companies seem to be cutting costs by not manning the phones of their businesses. It’s not working for them.

I had my Saatva mattress delivered by this company. It was supposed to be delivered “white glove” delivery. The idea of white glove conjures up a certain level of cleanliness and professionalism. I saw the drivers had not brought shoe covers with them so i explained they needed to remove shoes before taking the mattress upstairs. They started going up the stairs without removing their shoes so I said it again. They gave me a dirty look like I was asking for something unusual. I have had many service workers in my house who do this automatically and don’t have to be asked. This is just common sense. They unwrapped the mattress with filthy black gloves too. No white glove delivery service here. Nice image for Saatva!

Ordered through Home Depot. Paid for "inside" delivery meaning they will deliver it inside my garage. They used Nonstop Delivery for the delivery of my products. Nonstop Delivery subbed it out to Rocket Delivery Inc. These guys texted me night before that they will deliver the following day. Following day I was watching my driveway cameras to make sure I don't miss them (camera also records motion as well). Nothing, which I thought was odd. Then came the text and emails from Home Depot "congrats your order has been delivered!" Where was it delivered? Pop onto these guys website and tracked it using my phone number. Yep "delivered" to my address, yet nothing is here. How can they deliver inside my garage when I was home all morning watching recorded camera footage of my driveway and no one showed up to deliver anything? Tried calling these guys and it just goes to voicemail. Its like this company is a ghost company or something, no one works there, no one picks up the phone, no one actually calls you ahead of time to say "hey we're on our way is this a good number in case we get lost?" Nothing, just an automated call that says "we're en route" and absolutely no way of getting in contact with them.

I recently encountered a delivery experience with Rocket Delivery Inc.

POSITIVE: The driver/team that delivered and assembled a Saatva mattress & bedframe were fantastic. These guys were courteous, professional, and assembled everything how my husband and I wanted.

HARSH TRUTH: The reason for a 1 STAR REVIEW is the scheduling/customer service arrangement people. They are IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of. I called over and over to communicate a new timeframe with no pick up or call back. I left 4 voicemails in 48 hours. Specifically the day of delivery (day after Christmas Day). They failed to email me and text me back with their information provided. Not only that our first scheduled delivery arrived 30 minutes BEFORE the 4 hour delivery window they originally notified me. It took calling Saatva customer service (which is fantastic) to get the Rocket Delivery to schedule a new delivery time. Not only that but the Rocket Delivery customer service team proceeded to blame me for the first failed delivery, which was again outside the delivery window. Luckily, Saatva helped coordinate a second successful delivery.

Super disappointed in the lack of professionalism from the customer service team at Rocket Delivery.

I was expecting delivery of 2 chairs and 2 branches from Terra Outdoor. The scheduling process was frustrating. They sent a text and email stating when delivery would be, they did not ask me first if I would be home I tried calling them 5 times and even left messages but no one called me. Since I was planning to be away on the day it was scheduled I asked my parents to sit at my house to accept delivery. The delivery did not go well. The order was missing my 2 chairs and they erroneously delivered someone else’s giant sofa cushions. I can’t get a response via text or voicemail and no one answers. The company I bought the furniture from took a picture of the order and all the items were all together when it left their warehouse. This feels like a hustle. I bet if I search on offer up or something like that, my stolen chairs are out there.
