Great location pretty accessible on this side of the airport. The food was great!

This CFA is located in the middle part of the second floor, more towards concourse A. At morning when we went, they were serving breakfast menu. Line was moving super fast. Orders were being handed over even faster. Very impressive service. Food was good, authentic CFA quality chicken and fluffy biscuits.

But they don’t accept CFA app, CFA gift cards or Apple pay. Little inconvenient.

Thought I'd try it once since it seems to have a good rep. The chicken sandwich was not good at all. Soggy and unappealing. This was at the airport in Myrtle Beach so maybe other locations are better.

Worst experience ever had at Chick-fil-A the counter people need to be retrained on customer service. Shorted us a hash brown when I went back to talk to them they were very rude and made me wait before they grabbed me one didn’t apologize made me feel like it was an inconvenience for them

Ordered catering for the breakfast. I don't even normally eat biscuit breakfast sandwich. I like McGriddles type soft bread. However, Chick-fil-A's biscuit was really soft and the least oily biscuit I've ever had.

Was told they were all out of milkshakes. They just didn’t want to make them or serve me. Also it was incredibly hot in the airport. Ever heard of A/C?
