I needed a notary asap and the UPS store didn’t communicate with me after I made an appointment with them, that a notary wasn’t available until I got there for my appointment. I had to drop off an item at Coastal Postal and thank GOD I did!!! The guy who helped with my other needs, just so happened to be a notary and was extremely helpful and professional. Definitely will go back!!!

I usually drop my UPS packages off at the location on 38th Ave. However, I was over this way, in the Carolina Forest area, and decided I would drop my prepaid package off here at Coastal Postal. Let’s just say I will NEVER do business with this store. Went in and told the young man I needed to drop a prepaid package and he said ok thanks. I said, “I need a receipt please.” He said the best thing to do is take a picture of the tracking number and track it that way. I said no, I need a receipt as proof I dropped the package off. His reply, “Oh, well that will be $1.” Like what🤣🤣🤣 So I said, that’s ridiculous, I will just drop my package at the other location. So that’s what I did…I refuse to do business with crooks like this. Since when do you PAY for a receipt?

I've been going to Coastal Postal for a long time, and never have I had a issue. Today I had to fax a paper to my pension fund. Everytime Oliver would send the fax it would be busy. Oliver continually tried to send it but always busy. He tried for over 4hrs and finally it went through. Oliver was awesome going above and beyond to get that paper faxed for me. Once again Coastal Postal went out of their way to help me. Thank you Oliver !!!! Much Respect.

I came here to ship a package out of state and USPS didnt update their system for days. Matt and one of his reps (sorry, I forgot your name) went above and beyond to check and assure me the package was picked up by USPS. Service was excellent as usual. If I can gather anything from some of these previous reviews, it boils down to user error. Read signs, ask questions and verify what you are paying for PRIOR to the point of sale. If you're unsure of the services they provide, call prior to making a trip. The phone is an excellent invention and is underutilized. Complaining you didn't know after the fact is useless for everyone. Anyway, thank you again for your help and also following up when I initially called.

I wish I could give this place zero stars !!! Possibly the worst business in Myrtle Beach !! Very unprofessional worker and very rude !! I believe he is also the owner. He snatched the envelope out of my hand when I asked if it was enough stamps, threw it onto the scale and bent my package and said it can’t bend in the Manila envelope it was in He told me to put it in the mail box by the door. I said well when would it be delivered? He said can’t guarantee delivery. This is not the first time they were rude to me. I also witnessed him being disrespectful to other customers as well. I will never do business here again!!
