I am pleased with the service I have received from Darla Benoit. Moving is never an easy task but when I moved into Clear Pond she made it so easy. She has been so assertive and attentive when answering questions and making sure that I understood all items for rules and regulations and the arc. Being a property manager is no easy task with people being so hateful but I must say she has been so helpful and I hope people appreciate her and her hard work.

Darla Benoit, Property Manager, with the Myrtle Beach offices of RealManage, deserves the highest praise for customer service.

After my many frustrating calls to RM’s out of state call center with under-informed employees who kept saying Myrtle Beach was in Florida,
and providing less than satisfactory assistance and information,
it was a delight to be able to walk in to our local office and meet with a live person willing to help me with a complicated issue.

Darla has more letters after her name than the alphabet denoting her extensive training and certification in property management. But what matters most was her amazing positive attitude and patience in helping me.

AND !! She worked an hour past closing time with me until we solved my issues. This woman is a great asset to the RealManage company and I wish we could clone her.

I am on the HOA Board and I have enjoyed working with RealManage. I hope as the new Board is voted in they will find the assistance of RealManage a a tremendous benefit as the current board has. The website offers so many options and is amazing. At times it is not easy to maneuver through but RealManage has always been there to help. Darla Benoit is wonderful to work with and has benefited our community in a great way. They have my utmost respect in all that they offer.

As the president of our local homeowners association for the past year, I felt it was time to share my experience with Real Manage. Since joining the board last October, I have been very impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail, which have greatly benefited our community.

Our property manager, Marnie Moore, is exceptional. She gives me great peace of mind knowing I can reach out to her anytime (even after hours) and receive prompt and reliable responses. Having someone by my side who genuinely cares and is always ready to help makes a significant difference.

The ladies at our local Real Manage office works tirelessly to ensure their properties are well cared for. Both board members and property managers often operate behind the scenes and have very thankless jobs. I felt it was only right to come on here and appreciate their efforts.

If any other associations are considering a change in management, I highly recommend reaching out to Real Manage. I have had nothing but good experiences with our local Myrtle Beach office.

I am rating 0 stars. Who is Tracy Camp? She sent me an email with an attached invoice for a $10 bill to cover a sheet of coupons to pay my HOA dues quarterly. I have lived here for 11 years and never paid a fee for said coupons. Nor have I ever recieved any sort of notice or explanation regarding this policy. What kind of correspondence is this ? When I called in January to request these “coupons”, I was never informed of a fee by the employee at the other end who works at RealManage. It has come to my attention that our community is now being charged $1.95 for each bank transfer made to pay HOA fees. If that is the case, why then am I being charged $10? I am waiting a response and an explanation before I pay this fee. I am very disgruntled with the way in which your management company conducts business.

RealManage has been the Management Company for our community for over 3 years now. Our community has had a very positive, professional relationship with this Management Company. Amy Baker the CAM assigned to our community is professional, and very experienced with property management. Amy is in the Myrtle Beach local office and she is always available through telephone and email contact. Amy will followup on all matters requiring her attention. Assistant Tracy Camp is very attentive to our community needs as well. Each can provide detailed guidance to our community Board of Directors whenever necessary. All interactions with the RM Local office of Myrtle Beach have been very positive, and professional.

Amy and her team at the Myrtle Beach branch are outstanding. They are knowledgably of our community's CC&R's and guidelines and offer advice and direction to our different committees. They have never failed to get back to me in a timely fashion if they don't answer when first called or emailed. I highly recommend them to use as your management company.
