They are very respectful of your property and customize their visits to your needs. Do thorough check of property and report to you via email what was discovered via a detailed checklist. Also can help with hurricane preparation and follow up immediately after hurricane has departed to check for damage. Highly recommend and would give 4 1/2 stars if that was an option.

CCHW are amazing people, Steven has saved us several times! If we didn’t have him checking our condo and immediately reporting to us that our HVAC was not working, we would never have known and would have run into other issues.
