This company if very unprofessional. I have requested documents as proof that a company accepted a load from them, but they never send the what we need. We've asked for a signed rate confirmation. They sent an unsigned one. No carrier packet was filled out. The load was not accepted because of the rate. I asked for a call back, I got one, but the associate that did it put the phone on their desk and let my voicemail pick up background only. The associate couldn't even leave a voicemail. They also filed a 411 on the company, because they made a mistake when booking the load. They never even called to ask where the carrier packet was or rate sheet to VERIFY we were doing the load. They just said we agreed, got mad and reported. DO NOT USE THIS BROKER. THEY EVEN HAVE A NON WORKING NUMBER ON THEIR RATE CONFIRMATIONS, WHICH I TRIED TO CALL FROM THE UNSIGNED RATE CON THEY SENT TO THE COMPANY AS "PROOF" WE ACCEPTED THE LOAD.

I was just on I-5 south with one of their drivers (the copper colored #6040-XN) Two people in the cab, the passenger was hanging out of the window waving their arms at some points. The driver was going at least 70, in the very left hand lane when there was 4 lanes available (which is illegal). He was also tailgating, leaving less the a normal compact cars length between the very front of his truck and the car in front of him. He was also weaving in the lanes that he was in, honestly looked like drunk driving. I have NEVER reported reckless driving before but I definitely reported this driver. I saw comments of drivers being professional which I’m sure is true, but who ever was driving on 6/3/2020 heading south on I-5 CLEARLY needs more training or to be fired because he was incredibly dangerous. I hope you take this matter seriously.
