Totally rude people that work in the office and dispatch. Really a terrible company we will never ship anything with them ever again. You don't know when your delivery is going to be here. They just show up unannounced. Not a guest to me the date or time or anything. They also refused to call you and let you know they're coming. Additionally they're about 25% higher than anyone else. Beware also damage shipments are a norm with them they are very careless.

Terrible customer service, Donna in the office specifically. Rude and unprofessional. Not willing to work with me (female) with a 700lb delivery. Delivery of a large item consisted of dropping it off curbside in the rain. My garage was available and only 100 feet from the curb! Ever heard of a freight company without pallet jacks? Now you have- YRC in Springdale, AR.

Just an FYI to anyone that uses this shipper.... They deliver to the Green Forest area only once a week on Wednesday.... Depending on when an order is placed it will sit at their terminal for almost a week before it delivers... The point is, ask some questions and depending on the situation a person can drive to Springdale and pick up at the terminal. Talking from experience! 😟
