The owner (Karen), is a woman of her word. She's so awesome! My boat requires electric to keep the batteries charged. I was desperate to find such a unit. I already had it stored, but without electricity. She said that she had a unit coming available the following month and that she would contact me on it. While I had forgotten all about it, sure enough she called me and got me into the unit that day! It even had a concrete floor and was priced far below any other in the area! And, its just a few minutes from the boat ramp! Given the demand for these units because of their close proximity to the lake she could have given that unit to anyone on her list. But she kept her word. She is honorable and is my hero!

Units with the concrete floor were amazing, and doors were very easy to use.

The units with the gravel floor were awful to use. Doors are tough to open, and the gravel eroded away to were you could crawl into my unit.

Overall decent experience, but gravel unit were difficult to use..

I have had my boat here for a year and a half now, and I really like this place. The price is great, it is extremely convenient to the lake, and it is one of the cleanest boat storage locations I've ever had. I recommend this location to anyone I talk to about boat storage.

I have a storage unit that I have rented here since 2015. I have never had a problem! The owner, Karen, is so accommodating and easy to get along with. And the prices are the best i have seen in the area. As long as I have need for storage, I will continue to use them!

I just helped a relative move their stuff out of here. This is a fraudulent company, they claim you’re late on your storage payment and owe a late fee. Then once you pay that they still haven’t taken the lock off, and find a new amount of money you suddenly owe. I will be reporting them to the BBB.
