My bank. I love this branch bank. The staff is top drawer. Always willing and able to assist whether at the drive up window, the safe deposit boxes or inside cashiers. Also, Jessilyn is a wealth of information and displays excellent customer service. I am so happy to have this branch just a few blocks from my house in Centerton.

ARVEST BANK sent me my signature Visa Card with NO information, No phone number no account number
Just a piece of plastic the front of the card said ARVEST VISA THAT'S IT.
Call Arvest, sent me a new one, went to a restaurant tried to pay with my arvest visa but didn't work
So I used my Chase visa and no problem, the next day called Arvest credit card and the lady told me that every time I want to use my Arvest visa I have to call them, UNBELIEVABLE.

This 5 Star review is for Jeremy at the Centerton location (however they move him around locations when needed). When we had concerns about fraud, not only was he calm and encouraging, he was fast and effective❗️ People make the difference and Jeremy was the best❗️

This review is for Luz who helps me everytime I have questions or concerns. I went in today with anxiety over something I didn't understand. She explained everything to me clearly and in detail, while resolving my issue. She also helps me navigate around my Arvest phone app. That woman deserves a raise! Perfect example of great customer service!

I’m not the one to write reviews but wow. I went in to cash a check from a loan, I was told that could not happen because I did not have enough money in my account but she could only give me 200 cash and deposit the rest of the check. That itself was confusing, because I wasn’t asking to withdraw from my account, I wanted to cash out my check so I don’t understand what the issue was. But I told the lady, that’s fine deposit the check then and give me 200 back. WELL I realize after she did that, she made my account go -70 dollars and I never saw my check deposit in process (like it usually says when I deposit into my account). This morning I log back in and it’s still negative, I took a look at the receipts she hand me and SHE DEPOSITED MY 1500 into SOMEONE ELSES ACCOUNT. Mind you, this money was needed for my babies surgical procedure and now I have to wait 2-3 business days to have this sort out when it wasn’t even my FAULT. I get that people make mistakes but come on people, people need their money, pay attention to what you’re doing. Pay attention to your receipts if you go to this place.

Had no problems till today. I went to cash my paycheck and was told they couldn't cash my check cause I have an out of state license. That is crap it is a legal valid form or ID. You have to take it. This is BS now all my bills will be late cause I can't pay my bills till my check goes through. If you are going to make me deposit my check than don't put a stupid hold on it give me all my money.

Not sure why this place has so many negative reviews, I've only had good experiences with Arvest Bank. The associate Emily who helped me yesterday and today (2/14/2023) was very kind and was able to give assistance quickly and professionally. Would definitely recommend this specific bank to friends.
