I personally spoke with a lady and two gentleman. I didn’t get their names but will not forget their smiling faces. I sincerely appreciate their service and attention to do more than find a part. Great prices! Really helped us out when we were remodeling our bathroom! Didn’t know where to start and the branch manager and guys and girls on the counter really walked us through every single step of the way! Even talked us into changing out our 15 year old gas water heater to a rinnai tankless! Best decision ever!
