I have been here for about seven months great people to work for ! But remember this is Trucking and I started in 1988 driving and it is what you put into it is what you will get out of it lots of miles and don’t understand why Drivers are late. If you need more miles or less miles your dispatcher will help you out. But you must be willing to run anywhere not just a day trip for Morristown Tn. You can NOT ask to be home for the weekend if you are asking on Wednesday. Remember it is a smaller company with strong backing .scale out of 1-10 I would give it a 8 or 9 always room for investment

The absolute worst place I have ever driven for. Management is horrible. They will look you in the face while lying to you. Dispatchers lie like hell. Most of their trailers are junk. Almost every time I picked up a trailer, I had to have it worked on before I could even get on the road while burning up my hours. I went out for hernia surgery and while I was recovering they dumped all my personal belongings out in the garage floor and gave my truck to someone else. They didn't even ask me to clean it out, just dumped everything. They stole all my food and drinks, tools and my extension cord. There are good companies to drive for but this definitely isn't one of them. Do yourself a favor and don't waste time with this company. There is a reason why this company is always, always looking for drivers.

Booked a load with Mike, we agreed on a rate but he wasnt sending me rate con saying that he is building it .I kept my truck for MDS till the next morning, he confirmed that load is ours but he still wasnt sending me rate con. Finally he says that he needs to pay less after we already agreed on a rate and I lost so many time keeping our truck for them. Such a waste of time and un ethic.

Don't work here in my short stay $800 dollars taken out of my check, claimed it was unauthorized miles, when they knew I needed to be home never a load hours waiting, no pay for waiting at a shipper (detention) or on the yard. My advice go somewhere else and don't waste your time.

Decent affordable insurance and newer model well equipped trucks. Home every weekend. That’s about it for the pros.

Most of the trailers are worn out junk with constant issues. Brakes , lights, tires etc. Communication is almost non existent here don’t waste your time calling no one answers the flipping phone. Dispatch is almost useless and the load planning is questionable at best. 600 mile load p/u Mon. with a Wednesday afternoon delivery. 794 mile load p/u Thursday afternoon with a 6am Friday delivery time.

Miles are inconsistent most weeks were less than 2000. A lot of “free time” almost all loads are live load/unload. Almost all back hauls are heavy broker
garbage loads. Don’t fall for the crossville dedicated trap. There’s a reason they’re always hiring for this account. unless you’re debt free and like sitting around at grocery warehouses STAY AWAY! Only senior drivers and company pets get the routes to make good money on this account.

My husband works for MDS. It is the best place we have ever been right out the get go. The dispatcher is very helpful and there when he needs him. He doesn't sit for four days waiting for a load (like the last place he worked). The office staff is very helpful to me when I need help. He comes home every weekend and gets paid great for his mileage. They also have great insurance choices to pick from. Best decision we have ever made was for him to work for them.
