Same unit for the last 7 or 8 years and the prices went up last month. Ridiculous but have no choice but to keep it. The workers through the years have been very nice. But the manager they had for several years living on property at the storage loft was the absolute best and they should have kept her there.

I won't ever rent from this company again. It cost me over $150 for a month and I was only in it for a week and they don't refund/return for not using the entire month and I saw roaches crawling out of units. I would rate zero if I could.

Which I could rate a zero. Rented a storage with all my household items including many new items. I checked the storage at leat twice monthly. Went to move my things out and there was a rat infestation. I saw the auctionneer; which at the time I didn't know who he was. He took pictures. He said that he knew where they came from, because one of the units up for auction, on the same row had cat food inside. Anyway! I had to completely sanitize everything in the unit and throw away anything that was not boxed and sealed tightly. I had to call a professional cleaning company clean and sanitize my practically near sectional and matress. When I completely moved out the rats just went to the other unit. Whoever is renting the unit attached to C109, you better check your unit fast. Even after reporting the infestation and him taking pictures, nothing had been done a week later. Oh! and they said there was nothing they can do because people will still store food in the unit after they sign a waiver. My main concern was bug's because I would see a couple of bugs when I went to the unit. Never in a million years would I have thought about a rat infestation. Again, be very weary storing your stuff here.

Update: The owner contacted me today and is refunding the overpayment. He was very polite and helpful. He explained the gate problems were due to a lightening issue. Rude employees happen. I have the uptmost respect for owners/mgt that step-up to take corrective actions. Thank you!

Most unorganized, mismanaged, bad attitude business in Morristown. Gate code would not work. No one would answer calls even though it was during business hours. I even paid what the gate said I had to pay (even though I was paid in full) - it still wouldn't open. Cost me a $500 sale of an item I had in storage. Then when I asked for a refund of the extra payment, management refused.

Overcharged was not very nice. They upset me charging more. My husband and I are on SS and I felt like we were just ripped off.
