Vasily, Andre, and the rest of the team at Verg were amazing to work with and completed excellent work. After a burst pipe flooded our basement apartment the team quickly took out waterlogged materials and placed dehumidifiers throughout the apartment. They worked with our insurance to get everything covered and advocated on our behalf. Everyone who I spoke with was professional and respectful. The completed work is high quality with beautiful finishes. They were so great to work with that I will continue to use them for further work on the house. As a woman it can be hard to find a team that listens and respects me. I highly recommend Verg.

In January 2024 ice storms our house was severely damaged due to multiple broken waterlines in the heating system. Due to the ice we couldn't get back to the house for several day. Our house was wrecked, with leaks and broken pipes and structural damage. The restoration company our insurance contacted never showed up.

After multiple calls we finally got ahold of Verg and they were the only ones who came out to help. They pumped the water out, dried the house, took the house down to the studs, packed and moved everything to storage. They took care of it all.

They have been with us through a prolonged process with the insurance supporting and helping during an incredibly stressful time. I recommend Verg restoration highly and would call them again if God forbid we would need them.

Our dishwasher broke and flooded the house, it was a total mess. We called Verg Restoration right away, and they showed up with in one hour. They knew exactly what to do, took care of the plumbing and got all the water out quick. They put in dehumidifiers and fans to dry everything up, which stopped it from getting worse. The guys were really professional, kept us updated, and were careful with our stuff. Seriously, we're really happy with them. If you ever have water damage, I'd totally recommend them.

I am so impressed with the work we had done on our home. We unknowingly had a roof that was installed incorrectly years ago that allowed water to slowly and continuously seep into our upstairs bathroom due to our extra steep roof valley (and lack of flashing). Over time leak made itself known and the job became an immediate need. The contractor came right out, gave us a detailed and competitive bid and got the work started quickly.
