I got a storage unit here not that long ago and I am loving it! The move in day process was super easy, they had all the paperwork ready and had one employee show me to the unit and even helped me fill out the forms to save us time. They allow you to borrow a hand truck on your move in day, it was extremely convenient. This was no problem for us with their Saturday hours. The gates are open 7 days a week, including holidays. The security seems good, I have no fear for my possessions. The after hours access is the major game changer. I’ve been able to stop after work, after dinner with friends, weekends, etc. and their location right off 12 Hwy makes it a quick trip from when I’m coming from West Valley, Selah, Lower Valley. So stress free- will continue to use Value Lock Storage, even though I don’t live very close to them.

I had some of my belongings there for the past six years & had nothing less than excellent service & results. Yesterday, I cleaned-out my unit. Lorne, the manager, went out of his way to keep communications open & coordinate with me, over a period of a few days prior to my arrival. I no longer had my key, so he cut off my lock, when I arrived. I had no more need for several items, so he allowed me to leave them in the unit, with one of their locks, because they arrange for leftover items to be picked up by & donated to local charities. He prepared all of my closing paperwork ahead of time & had it ready when I arrived, including immediately processing my security deposit refund. Besides being very friendly & helpful, Lorne was proficient & professional, exemplifying true customer service. I highly recommend Value Lock Storage!

I was a customer here for 11 years. It has sadden me that the price have continued to rise over the past year due to new ownership. I felt my belongings were safe and secure with the pervious owners. Now I feel like the company hasn’t done nothing but jack up the prices ever few months without notice to why.

They have 24 he camera servalence, open till 9:00 pm, which are very good hours for people who work. And the owners are very nice people! (Although I personally Thot their prices were a little high)😁

It's alright 😊 I guess... Except for the mice I seen today in my storage unit... Not happy about that... The couple in the office are Kool Kat's.... and it's reasonable in price... And convenient in location and in maintenance... Thanks Kool Kat's....
