Quantum Lab was unable to provide the service they contracted for, did half the job, and then billed twice the amount as any other vendor. Even with having the request in writing a week before the scheduled appointment for our employee! Ensure that they really understand what you need before wasting your employees' time to go there - or you will have to repeat the whole process at a different facility.
