Bernd Moving provides excellent service from start to finish! I have used them in past years, so I am familiar with their quality of work & would not consider using anyone else.

I needed to have an upright piano that is over 100 years old moved and a handcrafted hutch and mirror almost 8’ long & from the same time period. Given the age of these items I was concerned about moving both pieces, but Will, Jerry and Micah made it look easy - a fabulous team!

Plus, the morning of the move I called Annette to ask if I could add another address to the work order - to pick up another piece of furniture and drop off at the address where the piano and hutch were being picked up. Annette graciously replied “yes we can do that”, so I appreciated her flexibility with only two hours of lead time!
Will & his team were very patient while I vacuumed cobwebs and cleaned up in both areas as the furniture was moved from one address to another.
This company is a poster child for excellent customer service and expertise in any sort of a moving situation. And, for the level of service and quality of work provided, I think they are very reasonably priced.

Wow!! I am so, so pleased with Bernd Moving! I was anxious to get my 'new' piano moved into our home before Christmas, even though it was very short notice on my part. Upon my first contact to the office, I spoke with "Annette". She was incredibly nice - really great social skills! She actually got the movers to my destination in under 2 hours - and on the same day that I called! The two gentlemen who moved my piano, Will and Andy, were not only very careful and professional, but also super sweet and friendly, which I really appreciated! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Curtis and his team were very prompt, professional, have the best communication skills. They took very good care of us. Many thanks to Curtis and crew for the fantastic job they did moving us from Washington to Idaho ! They took so much of the burden off us from start to finish. Where they really shined was the genuine care they took with all our items. The owner assured us from the beginning that they would make things happen and they did ! What really impressed us was the good attitude of the entire crew, also they made it clear they were not happy if we were not. Once again, great job and thank you.
