We used Unishippers for a few months in 2023. Allured with the promise of freight savings and outstanding customer service it seemed to be a no brainer. There was no attempt to understand our business and after a number of freight claims, storage charges never notified about, and a reweigh they refuse to correct, we made the move away and have not had an issue since.

I am also a little suspect of the number of five star reviews that all seem to come around the same time frame... Seems shady.

Tried to ship some fireworks. No problem. scheduled 6/18. no pickup. followed up 6/19. no problem, on the schedule. did not come. night time followup call, they will work on it. 6/20, no pickup. I followed up again only to find they they finally figured out the that carrier does not handle hazmat or fireworks. 2 days time wasted. Service reps should know what carriers handle what and give accurate information. Don't say we can do it if you can't do it.
