I had a great experience at the garage. I went to get my inspection done and was very well attended to. The shop staff was very polite, attentive and professional. The whole process was quick and efficient. I recommend it to anyone looking for quality service! I saw that the reviews aren't very good, but my experience at the garage was very good, including free air conditioning, a great idea, nowadays there are no more gas stations with free air conditioning 👏🏼👍

I went to the Shell gas a few weeks ago to ask about the state inspection and had a terrible experience. I went to the convenience store just to ask a question and was treated in a completely rude and aggressive manner by the tall, bald old man with a white beard who was there that morning. He told me to leave, said they didn't do inspections, and when I asked about the garage next door, he rudely replied that he didn't know and that it wasn't his problem. He even tried to discourage me from asking there, saying that the workers there weren't competent.

Despite the hostile attitude of this employee, I went to the garage next door and was served by an extremely polite and helpful young man, completely different from that rude old man.

This type of service is unacceptable. The Shell brand should reconsider keeping an employee who only drives away customers and damages the reputation of the place and the brand. Rating 0. I do not recommend!

Not quite sure where all the bad reviews come from for this place. Every time I come here the guys are very honest and polite. They take care of my mechanic needs and have me in and out quickly. I would never go anywhere else for work on my car, highly recommend!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Owner is INCREDIBLY rude and paranoid. We stopped here in a blizzard after getting stuck on 95 for 2 hours between exits due to accidents and plows getting stuck. We took this exit and barely made it to this gas station to refuel and for my wife to use the bathroom. The owner wouldn’t let me enter his store and yelled at us that we couldn’t use the restroom. Gas is $1.20 more than the market value (he was charging $3.90, competitors charge $2.70). They should be ashamed of themselves.

My debit card was denied at the service pump, had to go in. only to get a notification stating that they tried to take 85 dollars off my card but was denied. Beware of your debit/ credit cards and check your statements.

EXTREMELY CREEPY AND PARANOID (CREEPY STALKER VIBES) I would give it 0 stars if I could. The guy working there, presumably the owner, heavy with glasses. said we could use the bathroom as a rare exception. He waited outside the bathroom making us feel very uncomfortable. Then asked the kids if “ They had the key?” Waited there until I gave him the key, then tried to play it off by quickly saying, “Have a good new year, good weekend, and good night.” This was all on top of the gas being crazy expensive. We paid $3.89 per gallon, and a gas station on a local exit was $2.80 per gallon. I DON’T RECCOMEND THIS GAS STATION EVER

worst gas station experience ever! Premium is over priced and half the time the pumps don’t even work. Won’t be going here again!

Similar awful experience here as others asking to use the restroom. Fine if a business says they don’t have a public restroom, but the two gentleman working were so incredibly rude about it. When I left they followed me out to my car and said we are going to call the cops on you and have you arrested. For asking to use the bathroom at a gas station. Really?!
