Shelby and her team were super helpful in helping me move across the country. I had a great service experience. They were able to answer my questions and if they couldn't they called HQ to find someone who could. Highly recommend.

This particular location is awful. Units are not clean or well maintained and extremely overpriced in comparison to others in the area. Shelby (manager) is very rude and impossible to work with, and refuses to honor or look into reimbursements promised by U-Haul (that were promised due to her location /inaccessible storage unit).
Highly recommend using other locations for truck rentals and storage elsewhere altogether! The gentleman at the counter has been very pleasant but that's the only positive I can name.

Not always the greatest service but quality vehicles and ample storage. Reasonable pricing and products within the store. All of your moving needs in one easy to get to location. Makes it a breeze.

Uhaul use to be a cheap way to rent a truck. Definitely not anymore. I'm gonna look into other options for my next rental.

Your building alarm goes off all hours of the night every single night keeping the whole neighborhood awake. It's been this wake for over a week and you guys have done nothing to fix it or appolize or explain to any of the hundreds of people it affects the sleep of every single night!!!!!!

Only 1 poor guy working when I went to get my reserved pickup truck because someone had called off. I was the 7th person in line, and the line quickly built to the door. It was taking him at least 20-30 minutes for each customer. There were so many trucks and trailers in the parking lot that you couldn’t even get your own car into the lot! With it being college move in/move out weekend, the Rose St location did a very poor job staffing if 1 person calling off caused this. I cancelled my reservation because I couldn’t stand around waiting for 4 hours waiting to be helped.
