We used GO Riteway for our August wedding in Winona, MN to shuttle our guests to and from our hotel and wedding venue. When I emailed Dani one month before our wedding with some last minute additions, she replied immediately saying it wouldn’t be a problem. Our driver was very kind and on time for everything! Working with GO Riteway was an awesome experience. I needed a party bus to transport our wedding party to/from our resort to the church. Our driver was experienced, punctual, professional, flexible and gave us just the experience we wanted on our big day. We have had several issues BEFORE the pandemic, but yesterday took the cake. It was the first day of school. I was late for work waiting almost an hour for my kids' bus to arrive. Turns out all of their buses were not only late, but dropping kids off in the wrong destination even before and after school. A child even stated another child almost got ran over while crossing in front of the bus. Families are relying on your company to make sure their kids are safe and transported when they cannot do so themselves due to distance, time constraints, or no other form of transportation. Parents did not get bus schedules until the night before and now there are rumors of a schedule change and the bus coming at 6AM instead of 7AM today and nobody notified us as parents. We work for the hospital and my husband starts at 5AM and I start at 7:45AM, so neither of us can take them to school. All four of our parents are deceased and we have no family here, so we rely on and trust GoRiteway as an alternate option. I am PRAYING that you guys can get this in order because you have a contract with the school district and the families in the county are counting on you. Especially families like ours who have no other options. It also doesn't help that you hardly answer the phone or return calls. We have been trying to reach out since mid August, voicemails and all, and we had to find out our kid's bus schedule through the school admin. But now the time has changed and won't do us any good with no postage or notification of new times in less than 24 hrs. We were even excited because they created a "Here Comes the Bus" app to track the bus and kids. Hope this works out.

I often have corporate groups looking for a shuttle when holding events off-site. There are several companies in the area, but Go Riteway is always the first to respond back to my inquiries (sometimes the only company to respond), and Andrea is always wonderful to work with. My experiences have been very positive, and I will continue to make them my first call when we are in need of shuttle services.

Great company, good people, serving the children of LaCrosse school district by surrounding them with safety. Filling the needs of our school age children. Very polite assistance offered regarding busing for the comingschool year, and all my questions answered! Remember: "Give them space, people!" Can YOU drive a school bus?
