Making a way is an amazing company.The driver are friendly and caring. this is just another time when Making a way transport came through for me when no one else was able to transport my power chair. They try to do their best to Make a way for people with to do things that they may not otherwise be able to do. I am very thankful to all of those individuals who made it possible for my daughters and I to attend our special event.

Once again Making a way transport has helped to make the our trip enjoyable and stress free from the kind schedulers to the amazing drivers.
I can tell they truly care about their customers. I would recommend them to anyone, but especially to those who used mobility devices.

I wanted transportation for a wheelchair user where transfer to a car or SUV is not appropriate. Making A Way Transport made it possible to have friends enjoy 4 hours together.
Thanks to Joy, Heidi, Driver Randy and owner Derek we had a great day looking at fall colors, exploring the lookout at Grandad's Bluff, enjoying lunch together and having a beer in the park. Thanks for the flexibility and making it possible.

I have been riding with Making A Way when it was still CTS. A lot has changed since the beginning of the year. Not only the name. That was just the beginning, #1 the drivers are happy, they feel appreciated, they don't seem burdened or overwhelmed and frustrated. As my Mother, who also uses Making A Way, says the drivers not only have a smile on their faces but a twinkle in their eye and a bounce in their step.
Talking with the dispatchers some days are the high point of my day. Heidi and Joy are great, they feel like family. They are genuinely concerned for the customers. They try and make everything for the customers rides perfect. People don't really know the work that goes on behind the scenes.
I have also had the pleasure of meeting the owners. They genuinely care about their employees, not just at work. They don't mind getting their own hands dirty, from trying to fix things to driving and most importantly signing the checks, they know that each and every employee of their's has done their job and done it well.
Thank you everyone, you have been the best, now you're making things great.

Making A Way Transport is a top notch transportation service, they came thru for my sister when she needed to get to our family picnic and she couldn't find any other way there with her power chair which she depends on greatly!! I have never used their service. And I don't know anybody who has but I can say that they have a driver that should not be driving !going 25 miles under the speed limit not using any signals Whatsoever and then pulling out onto the interstate. Going 25 miles an hour. Almost caused 3 accidents and less than 10 minutes.
