Everything started off poorly. We received a call the morning of our move and were told the crew would arrive late as they were double booked. We were also told the site we booked through listed the wrong price and we’d have to pay more money. Feeling stuck and already running an hour behind we agreed. The crew arrived and were generally friendly but were ill prepared for the day. They scratched our hallways up, dropped several of our items, broke the corner off a dresser, and put huge dents in the walls. It was a very poor experience. At the end of the day management called to say once again the price was being to be increased. The entire situation made a stressful day even worse. I will never hire this company again. I was left in tears at the end of the day. And management was entirely unhelpful.

I admit I was hesitant to use the company after a few negative reviews on Google. I am glad I did not let that stop me. The Wildcat Movers were professional, timely, and did whatever it took to provide great customer service. They were affordable as well; which makes it a plus during a declining economy.

Excellent customer service from start to finish they were patient, my furniture was very heavy and they still did not break anything as well as they delivered it in perfect condition I just recommend them highly do not underestimate them Every directive that you give them in regards to your furniture will be done and handled the exact way that you request they did it for me without any questions and the timing was swift they are well worth the price.This company will be my go to movers from now on even when I relocate to another state. There was no price gouging whatsoever. Thank you Wildcats Movers !!!

Manny and his men did a great job loading our furniture into the Pod. They wrapped everything and it stayed protected for the freight drive to Kansas. The men were super friendly and very strong. We have a 600 pound steel/granite kitchen table and they maneuvered it perfectly. I wish we would have used them to do our whole move after having terrible movers to unload the Pod once we got to Kansas.
It was me and our son the day of the move, and I never felt like I needed back up or help (unlike the movers in Kansas).
10/10! Would use again if we could.
